This study aimed to clarify the relationship between realistic evaluation and the requirements of the comprehensive quality.
To point out the purpose of the study, the researcher worked on reviewing and analyzing previous literature and studies related to the subject of the study.
The researcher had found a strong relationship between realistic evaluation (real) of the output of the educational process, and between the achievement of total quality in the teaching-learning process principle.
The researcher recommended the assessment of the learner in real life situations which are linked to the learners life and attitudes that he/she interacts with it.
Also, the focus of the evaluation process should be on the learning outcomes gained through the activities and educational programs provided to the learner at different times.
Moreover, the main focus is the learner being the most important outcome of the educational process that must be fulfilled by learning the principles of comprehensive quality output.
This enhances positive attitudes towards the learning process and his/her future in different ways.
The study recommended further studies about the importance of realistic evaluation in achieving comprehensive quality in the educational process and component outputs.
