The need for creativity is a characteristic feature of modern times, as accelerating growth and increasing variables require from everyone to understand the requirements of development in the present and future challenges.

Since the elements of change are complex and interrelated, we must proceed, not individually or partly, within a comprehensive framework of integrated and precise scientific methodology, and the organization of needs according to the challenges that are imposed by economic and social changes.

Hence, innovation plays an important role in the survival and development organizations as it also helps to cope with contemporary problems and future challenges.
