The teaching of standard English consonat clusters to the Arab learners

In this paper, a handful of techniques for the teaching of Standard English consonant clusters to Arab learners are offered to ease off some pronunciation difficulties these learners may face in the process of learning English as a second language.

These techniques serve as a guide for the teachers whose main concern is to enable their students attain correct and intelligible English .Along with these techniques examples are provided to show how economy of effort is achieved.
