Abstract EN

This study discusses images of question styles in Isa Alabi Abubakar's anthology, who is one of prominent Arabic poets in Nigeria.The study begins with introduction which exhorts the beauty of interrogative constructions and virtue of rhetorical questioning.

The article focuses on analyses of questioning methodology in the work with numerous examples.

It aims at revealing the treasures of rhetorical techniques embedded in it.

The work applies stylistic approach in its study.

The study concludes that the poet is endowed with constructive litrary prowess that made his anthology (as-Subd'iyydt) a focal point for the researcher in exploring its artistic values as it appears to him.
