Therefore, the investor should prepare a feasibility study for the project to ensure that it achieves profits or returns more than the cost of money Invested in it.

The economic feasibility study plays a prominent role in the success of projects in the health sector that serve the society.

This sector is an important chapter in the services sectors.

Health is one of the three pillars of health, security and education for any society that wants to develop and prosper.

Iraq, like other sectors, is in urgent need of development and reconstruction.

It is suffering from poor performance due to lack of administrative capacity.

There is a general shortage of services provided to citizens.

Therefore, we urgently need to develop this sector and increase health and medical care services to compensate the shortage.

Ever suffered by the Iraqi society in this important sector, and that there is an active role for the private sector in this area compared to health and medical services provided in the neighboring countries and other countries (such as Iran / Turkey / Lebanon / India).
