Islamic law has contributed significantly to the implementation of transactions rules between people in different subjects, whether in peace or war, and most important the deal with war prisoners, which is based the transaction through generous human beneficence with them and that their food and supply clothes for them, and compassion them without resorting to torture and reprisals against them.

Islamic law has been since the fourteenth century and still has binding rules, fixed and sublime in the transaction of war prisoners in relation to international humanitarian law, which contains many of the four international Geneva conventions and protocols relating to the transaction of war prisoners in an attempt by the obligation of States to provide social and health care and ensuring the fundamental rights of war prisoners.
