The contract of BOT is one of the new investment methods, which is one of the advanced economic contracts that revive the national and international economy.

Through this decade, it was possible to overcome the obstacles facing countries in how to find sources of funding for infrastructure projects that require huge sums of money, the BOT contract is a new form of funding for these projects through the contribution of the private sector in this field and the state's abdication of its traditional role in establishing these projects.

The article dealt with the legal aspects of the BOT contract, in which we explained that this investment system has many advantages that can be used to establish infrastructure, which qualifies it to integrate into the Algerian legal system, to be in hue with the various developments in comparative legal systems.
