The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of using education technology aids for the students with special needs as perceived by them.
The sample of the study consisted of (125) students from special needs (Sight, Hearing, Movement) at the bachelor stage.
The instrument of the study was presented in the questionnaire prepared by the researcher, based on a number of related studies and researches.
The study was conducted and necessary statistical treatments showed that the high arithmetic means of students' responses on the instrument.
Item (16) came in the first rank, (The Effectiveness of using education technology aids firmly establishes the basics and principles of sound thinking and correct awareness for the students with special needs in educational situations), while item (3) came last.
The results of testing showed the existence of differences in the students' responses according to the variable of sex in favor male students, and according to the kind of disability in favor (Movement), and the non-existence of differences according to the variable of specialization.
The study concluded by stressing the importance of the role of universities in supporting the educational process for students with special needs, as called for by international conventions, and conducting more similar studies in other fields of education.
