Abstract EN

The following article aims to find out the impact of leadership style (Autocratic and Democratic) on Functionality Performance, from a field study conducted by the researcher at the library of the faculty of Sciences Economic and Management Science at University of Badji Mokhtar Annaba, Due to the nature of the subject we conduct a research method used in humanities, the descriptive approach was used for theoretical consideration of the subject on one hand, On the other hand, the case study was conducted on the field side.

The questionnaire sheet was handed to 28 workers, The most important results: Were that the leadership style at the library of the faculty of Sciences Economic and Management Science at University Badji Mokhtar Annaba is the democratic style followed by an autocratic style, There is also a positive impact democratic style on worker’s functionality performance in the library of the faculty of Sciences Economic and Management Science.

This impact is due to the leader the participation of subordinates in decision making, and accept their suggestions and opinions, allowing rookie liaison.

In the light of these findings underline the growing practice of democratic style in the library of the faculty of Sciences Economic and Management Science at University of Badji Mokhtar Annaba because of its positive impact on the worker’s functionality performance.
