Recent years have seen significant geopolitical changes in Algeria's regional environment.

These transformations have been linked to the behavior of different actors and parties, but they have resulted in the creation of a new geopolitical situation for Algeria.

Since the geopolitical situation is linked to two main dimensions, the political dimension and the military dimension, this is one of the entrances to justify the subject of this study as we try to explore the determinants and effects of the relationship between the new geopolitical transformations that touch the status of the Algerian state as an independent variable and the military doctrine of the Algerian army as a dependent variable.
