This situation required the intervention of the International conventions and the legislations concerned with social security to ward off the misery and destitution that can infect the worker and his family at this particular time.

These rules of which there are issued by the International Labour Organization, as the organization is concerned that the basic rights of workers.

Or had been received within the domestic legislation of the States within the framework of more detailed than the first.

All of this raises the question of the nature of the objective of social protection for workers injured accident work and agreements contained in the framework of international law to work .

In addition to knowing the extent of the application of the Algerian legislature ( as a model ) for such protection within the texts of the domestic laws relevant .
