This research aims to study the impact of information technology (materials and machines, programs, data bases and networks) on the development of human capital (Knowledge, innovation, efficiency) through the study of sample of resources human at Condor firm which situated in the BBA city .

The conclusion showed that the information technology have an clear effect on the development of human capital through its three dimensions .
