Abstract EN

We report two cases of two women with occult breast cancer (OBC) who initially presented with axillary nodal metastases of unknown origin.

In both cases, physical examination and mammography results were normal.

Histological examination of the nodal mass showed a metastatic carcinoma from the breast.

All these data suggested an occult carcinoma of the breast and modified radical mastectomy (MRM) was performed in one case.

Histological findings of the removed specimen failed to find the primary breast cancer lesion.

Results were consistent with clinical and mammography findings.

While the other case was managed through axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) and Whole breast radiotherapy (XRT
