The current study is classified within “ liberation War in contemporizing Algerian cinema “ represents the main subject of this analytic study, which was treated basing on four of the most popular film in Algerian for that we have chosen the Roland Barth’s approach which is composed of three successive phases( Denotation and connotation, referent, and the culture).

La présente étude est orienté a étudier «la guerre de Libération dans le cinéma algérien contemporain » a partir d’une étude sémiologique appliqué sur quatre films algérien choisis parmi les meilleurs film les plus populaire dans l’histoire de cet art.ces films sont analysés en appliquant l’approche de Roland Barth qu’elle est composé de trois phases successive : ( La dénotation et la connotation/ le référent /la culture).
