Abstract EN
This empirical study, which took place in one of the leading Algerian industrial companies: FERTIAL ANNABA, tries to closely explore and examine the reality and state of the so-called: environmental responsibility throughout the three components of the organizational memory i.e individual; corporate culture; corporate documents.
This paper further examines the efficiency of the organizational memory in implementing this environmental responsibility and whether these three components make the company environmentally responsible.

L’objectif de cette étude est de connaître la réalité de la responsabilité environnementale de l’entreprise algérienne - FERTIAL - Annaba à partir des trois composants cognitifs de la mémoire organisationnelle : la connaissance tacite des individus, la culture de l’entreprise , la connaissance explicite dans l’entreprise afin de déterminer si ces trois composants cognitifs rendent cette entreprise responsable de son environnement
