The search seeks to define the role of organizational culture in the application the six sigma technology in the General Company for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Supplies in Nineveh.

So, the organizations to survive and grow, especially in light of increasing competition there should be a development or change in the production systems in line with contemporary systems and particularly the six sigma technology, where the organizations being leading to a better competitive position through efficiency in the proper use of resources to produce products that have value, at the same time without wastage and has the ability to compete with similar goods.

This can be achieved through organizational culture of fertile ground for the application quality programs, including the six sigma technology, where the organizational culture defines and dramatically the success or failure of the organization to apply new programs and strategies.

On the other hand, the six sigma technologies consider one of the strongest advanced strategies that work to accelerate improvement in operations and products.
