مستوى الرضا لدى الأكاديميين الأردنيين العاملين في الجامعات السعودية عن المناخ التنظيمي و أثره على الولاء الوظيفي

Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the level of satisfaction among the Jordanian academic working in the Saudi Arabian Universities toward the organizational climate and its impact on the job loyalty.

The researchers used the descriptive analytical method in this study, the population of the study consists Jordanian academics in Saudi Arabian universities that holds higher education (Master’s and Doctorate degrees) in different majors, which is around 12000 academic employee, the sample of the study is 1200 academic employee which is (10 %) of the total population by using snowball sampling method.

The study found that there is a high level of satisfaction between the Jordanian academic employees about (Managerial leadership, organizational structure quality, managerial services, student behavior, and incentives method) ; meanwhile the satisfaction level about the social relationships was in moderate level.

The study also found that there is a strong impact by the mainstream organizational climate in the Saudi Arabian universities on job loyalty for Jordanian academics in Saudi Arabian universities.
