The best blessing and grant that Allah give to Muslims Nation is revealing the Holy Quran to Prophet Mohammed 'peace be upon him' so 'peace be upon him' urged to learning it.

This research titled by 'Learning the Holy Quran: its regulations and its rules'.

This research aims at explaining conception of learning the Holy Quran.

It also aims to knowing its rules, types, regulations and then its results in addition to some helping aids.

This research is very important because very few have written about it although it needs more concern and more study and research.

The researcher recommends concerning learning the Holy Quran and its practices, showing that it is the way to coming back to the Holy Quran by practicing it practically and making it a method for our life
