Abstract EN

The study focused on presenting transformational leadership as one of the most important leadership types that can also be adopted by Algerian university professors.

And building a model that simulates reality according to the structural equations method, To explore to what extent the characteristics of this type appear among university professors, and to what extent this type is able to bring change in their culture, tendencies, and ethics; the study included a sample of 400 students.

The results have shown that only one trait among four (intellectual stimulation) can make change among them.
