Abstract EN

This research aims to determine the importance of strategic analysis for managers in a jordanian University, included a sample of 45 managers.

The study found that the managers recognize the importance of strategic analysis moderately, with no statistically significant differences in results toward this concept and its significance based on variables adopted in the study.

Finally, the researcher implies to pay attention to the human capital through training and other programs for the advancement of the administrative level, and to enhance collective participation in policies and programs to improve strategic implementation of plans.

In addition, attention to the areas of specialization and previous experience when determining administrative cadres is critical.
