Abstract EN

Industrial clusters cope with the obstacles facing the Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs sector.

They also contribute in improving their competitiveness.

But clusters` performance consisting of SMEs faces many difficulties due to the heterogeneity of its members.

This makes the governance imperative to promote and enhance coordination and cooperation.

Through this research, we aim to highlight clusters` properties consisting of SMEs and also the role of governance and its effects on the performance of the clusters.
