Research aims to identify the impact of cooperative educational program based on small groups to improve some teaching skills (planning, implementation and evaluation) students to teachers decision of field training the Faculty of Physical Education, use the curriculum design experimental walbaida tribal and applied on a random sample of (40) students from the Faculty of Education, the researcher used sports form teaching skills assess performance under search results of the study has resulted in the positive influence of collaborative learning model of small groups to improve some teaching skills (planning, implementation and evaluation) students to teachers decision of field training the Faculty of Physical Education.
