Abstract EN

This research aimed at identify the effectiveness of introductory games on teaching some table tennis basic skills for students at Faculty of Physical Education for Girls in Alexandria.

Experimental methodology used.

Sixty (60) students participated in the study chosen randomly from second grade students the Faculty of Physical Education for girls Alexandria University in the academic year 2014/2015, grouped into experimental and control groups each of (30 students).

Physical and skill tests used as data collection tools.

The proposed introductory games educational program implemented in (12) weeks, 90 minutes educational unit per week.

The results proved that the proposed introductory games educational program has positive effect on learning table tennis skills
