Abstract EN

First grade students characterized by lack of self-confidence, anxiety and tension while performing motor expressions’ techniques, they are also unable to communicate with colleagues, which remarkably affects performance.

Therefore, the researcher believes that employing NLP within motor expression applied lectures is necessary to develop positive emotions, which help students to raise their performance level.

Researcher used experimental approach.

Research sample chosen intentionally from first grade students.

Mental skills scales (relaxation, visualization, attention), physical abilities tests (legs power, stabled balance, agility, moving balance), and motor expression evaluation forms (ballet, folk dance, modern creative dance) used as data collection tools.Results revealed that NLP has a clear effect on motor expression’s technical performance
