Abstract EN

This study concerns the Observation and examination of the development in Intellectual construction regarding the subject of Corporation social responsibility.

It has relied on the Meta Analysis through revising and analyzing the concerned study in this subject as well as the development of scientific theories concerning the Corporation social responsibility and its controversial aspects, and Characterization, discussion and interpretation of changes that have followed the applications and practices of Corporation social responsibility on both internal & external environmental levels of corporations.

The key findings of study are: 1.

Globalization and the huge development in the Means of communication transport and communications have contributed in the development of Corporation social responsibility concept, where it has confirmed the developmental role of organizations and their contribution in the process on social change.

So, the concept of social responsibility has become inseparable with the concept of Sustainable development with its environmental economical social dimensions.

The practices of Corporation social responsibility have approached to become Quasi-mandatory instead of being optional and voluntary; this is with consideration that corporations that work on an international zone have become binding to apply Governance and corporate citizenship standards 3.

The study has discovered a widening gap among developing and developed countries in applying the dimensions of Integrated social responsibility that have been applied in developing countries, while the developing countries, they have suffered from the of lack of awareness in the dimensions of social responsibility concept, and the mechanism to apply them, and Sometimes confusion between this concept and charity work.
