We tried in this research can address some of the negative aspects within the rural and urban environments , which is certainly due to poor services provided by administrative organs and municipal , represented by the interruption of electricity for a long time and the lack of lighting in many of the intersections of the main human centers as well as the phenomenon of dead ends and is furnished roads and frequent drilling for waste ponds and aquatic nuisance odors and the spread of harmful insects.

We have adopted indicators by which to determine the levels of services provided and their spatial distribution , in order to identify the areas which suffer destitution good , medium and regions in the level of services.

We have adopted the style of field research and the distribution of the questionnaire to a random sample .

The main findings of the study, said about 40 % of the total housing suffer from negative phenomena in Anbar province.
