Abstract EN

This research deals with different approaches starting with the definition of mastery which means mastering a (thing) leads to the possession of the skill, expertise, and knowledge that a man needs in every job.

This skill and knowledge means creativity in production and enhancing the final product due to the limitation of time and enhancing the worker's performance.

The Islamic economic system has measures and clear texts on the necessity of the proficiency in work and accomplishing it perfectly.

The importance of mastery lies in having professional and efficient workers who contribute in reducing time and mistakes in production which achieves satisfaction for the beneficiary consumer of the product and his buying interest.

Thus, this research proves the close relationship between mastering a (thing) and perfecting it through the existence of a feeling for the producing investor that he will reap the outcome of his work.

This feeling lies in worshipping before treatments which increases the value of work, the produced merchandise by doing the best and the wisest.

When a man observes himself and his work, a proficiency can be achieved which leads to mastery.
