The tools and techniques of different kinds of necessities of education are to be given a good teacher and is working to clarify what is vague on the learner of ideas and information, and perhaps the development taking place in these technologies has made it necessary for the learner be aware of all the tools to work on different skills development, and as the photographers It is a means of education task that depends on the sense of sight whether it is pictures or drawings for various photographers, and as the cartoon is a simplified fee loves her children and Ndhara "because the researcher has found that there is a problem in the lack of teacher interest in using the method in general and fees especially considering this the situation is a problem that must be studied, which followed him carry out this study to identify the impact of the cartoons as an educational tool in the drawing skill development among primary school pupils and to make this objective study conducted by following the experimental method of a sample of pupils in primary school (Faith), namely the fifth grade pupils and the total sample size for grades five (68) schoolgirl.
The researcher has to take pupils range wildly and number (60) is divided into two groups for each student group 30 a pupil has been presented to the experimental group a series of cartoons in which he spoke on the subject of the environment and how to maintain them, it has been processing the data statistically "using Altaia test for two independent samples, and it was the arithmetic mean of the experimental group (19.55) and standard deviation (1.14) while the arithmetic mean score for the control group (12.65) and standard deviation (1.84), has been shown that the calculated value reached (12,46) which is more than the amount of tabular value (2,00) at a temperature of (58) and the level of significance (0,05) Where This result indicates significant statistical differences "between the experimental group and the control group, for the experimental group, the researcher took a series of proposals and recommendations were recommendations to conduct a study on the impact of the cartoons as an educational tool in the development of calligraphy skill to the students of primary and recommends a study a comparison between the use of educational pictures, cartoons and, whichever is greater impact "in the education of pupils
