Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the distribution of development activities in Algeria, due to the importance of place in the economy in order to localization of economic activities in line with the spatial economic characteristics.

We used in this study 25 variables and 48 cities which were treated by principal component analysis and classification analysis.

The study concluded that the development activities were poorly distributed and concentrated in the major states with a high population density.
