Abstract EN

In the world became dominated by the culture of the strongest; it’s becoming more and more necessary to build the basic that will preserve the structure of countries.

This is why, it was necessary to adopt a strategy that aims basically to realize the security in all fields.

This security that is not limited, in our era, to food or military one, but it includes the necessity to realize a linguistic and cultural security which will preserve the nationality of the country.

Here comes the role of educational institutions to realize this aim, through educational programs designated to teach Arab language in all steams; and its application and accuracy in drawing a plan to teach the official language.

Besides to a truth worthy to say is that educational programs in any country should be submitted to cancel change, development and modification; because human life is in continuous evolution and durable transformation, it is natural that educational programs be so to accompany it and to read with it influencing it in and buy it.

Therefore, it is Impossible to imagine a constant educational program, which don’t answer to the requests of the era from modification and development, in condition that this evolution should serve the mother tongue.
