Abstract EN
The ability of students to learn English is one of the long term goals that language teachers would like to achieve in class.
The problem in teaching a foreign language is to prepare the students to use the language.
In this context, the students usually feel insecure about their level.
As a result, they rather remain stagnant as they are in fear of making mistakes and do not show active participation in different lessons.
The present work is meant to emphasize the hardships and barriers that the learners of a foreign language, specifically English, often encounter and the existingopportunitiesthat may help overcome these difficulties.
In more clearly stated terms, it presents options and arguments concerning the teaching process and methods that are applied to minimize learning difficulties of learners in English.
