Abstract EN

Companies have resorted to different forms of using information technology consequence the modern business environment and fast changes.

In order to keep up with the events and continuing renewable and environment changes and as a consequence treatment and transmission of information across the different networks to all the partners that share their values and benefits with the companies.

Under this contexte, we conducted this study that it is trying to measure the extent to using the telecom companies in Algeria the applications of information technology by its requirements - technological and organizational -, Consistent with economic and technologic circumstances especially within which they operate in order to achieve their goals and improve its performance, through collecting data by the questionnaire which distributed a 14 commercial agencies, tested and analyzed them by one sample T test, and get finally the basic result, the Telecom companies in Algeria use the information technology applications as a crucial tool to achieve a deferent objectives and control their deferent cost and process .
