Although the Algerian legislature In order to find solutions to the obstacles facing the consecration and encourage Foreign Investment solutions, especially the problem of limited industrial property to develop a system in which many of the measures and procedures approved,It focused on the reform of Tax Policy as a factor to attract foreign investment.

So must the Algerian’s authorities to give utmost importance to the Bureaucratic problems in their administrations, Especially against giving up on the base (49/51), which was a march for Foreign Investment in Algeria before the reforms of the Finance Act of 2016, And the the declining of evolution of Foreign Investment contained in Algeria proportion of its contribution to the Gross Domestic require from the Algerian government is also attracting investor interest in the different fields of the current reforms in order to respond to the requirements of the current financial situation of Algeria in the long term.

Through statistical data and the level of growth achieved for all Arab countries, Including Algeria rates during the year 2015, the Arab countries have registered positive rates with the exception of Libya and Yemen.

Algeria finished fourth with a growth rate of 3.6%, it is expected that the growth rate of GDP for the Arab region to rise to 3% in 2017 and then to 3.7% in 2018, against a decline in reserves, Algeria's foreign exchange to less than 114 billion $ this year, equivalent to about two years of imports, compared with 144 billion $ in2015.
