Abstract EN

The main aim of this study is to know the extent of which managers in the Algerian Baraka Bank recognize the concept of management change and the critical factors of total quality management and their application in the bank branches.

And highlight the relationship between the management change and the availability of the critical factors.

To reach the study objectives a questionnaire was developed and distributed on a sample of manager.

The study results reveal that first, there is a high awareness from the bank managers about both variables the management change as well as the critical factors to TQM.

Second, there is a strong relationship between management change and critical factors of total quality management, which means that when management change is practiced correctly, more critical factors of TQM can be reached.
