Abstract EN

The browser of Heritage books,when he searches about ''Rooming case originally'' ''istishab hal al-asl'', he finds a lot of terms which have a relation with this radixN Now,it is clear to us that grammarians were aware of this but did not make up originally to be called by that name,since the era of El-khalil, Sibawayh and others until it was showed up by Abulbarakat Alanbari in his book ''Lumaa al-adilahN'' Among these terms we find : ''Asl alwadaa'', ''alwadaa lawal'', ''alodol ani lasl wa 'rado ilayh ''....

These terms are traditionally mentioned at the levels of character, word and sentence, then they(grammariens) demonstrate the aspects of this radix in their application (alodol ani lasl).Proving that 'istishab' as evidence is not strong enough to stick with it if a lowest reason is showed so it is left for a branch One of these aspects -of istishab- : aliilal, alibdal, alidgham..at the levels of character and word.But at the level of sentence,they noticed what happened like addition or delete, preceding or delay.
