أثر التغيير في التطوير التنظيمي : حالة دراسية ميدانية في دائرة الجمارك العامة الأردنية

Abstract EN

This study aimed to explore the reasons that required to make changes from the man-ager’s and head of division viewpoint.

And to define the importance of change and its relation with organizational development, also to explore the manager’s and head of division attitudes toward accept the changes.

This study based on analytical descriptive approach, questionnaire of forty questions was de-signed and developed, and the data had been collected randomly from (100) respondents, all considered to be valid.

The main conclusions of the study were: 1- the most important reason to make change in Jordan public custom department from the man-ager’s and a head to division viewpoint, related to (legal , legislations ®ularities, the used technology, manpower, and organizational structure).

2- there is statistically positive relation between changes (legal , legislations ®ularities, the used technology, manpower, and organizational structure) and organization development.

3- there are statistically differences between (martial status, educational level, experience) and the organizational development.

But the study showed that there is no effect for gender on organ-ization development.

Some recommendation related to the results were introduced.
