The research discussed the crime of dissemination of images and scenes of physical and sexual abuse, indicating its aspects and types, the research also discussed the Jurisprudential adaptation on which the judgment of criminalize is depending on it and the criminal liability arising from committing it In Islamic sharia and Jordanian Law.

The study concluded that the right to human dignity is an inherent right in the Islamic Sharia and the publication of abuse images is considered a violation for it, and that the penalty of publishing abuse images is a Discretionary penalty that vary as much as the contents of the picture published with insulting violation for the dignity of the victim.

And that the penalty prescribed in Jordanian law on publishing pictures that affects the dignity of humanity, which is imprisonment and financial fine, don't contravene the principles of Islamic Sharia.
