Abstract EN

This study investigates the concept of social peace.

The first chapter gives the foundations of the concept in the Qur’anic verses ،prophetic traditions and actions of the companion of the prophet which deal with the issue in question .

In the second chapter ،the relation between social peace and objectives of Islamic law including necessities ،needs and beautifying objectives ،is explained by following legal foundational method ،and by looking at means legislated for achieving social peace.

Findings of the study are listed in the conclusion.
