The fact that Islamic Sharia is applicable at all times and places requires its validity for this role through its general text, its great principles, and its broad rules, which has been proven over time, in addition to its ability to answer any question.

Contracts are the basis of the daily dealing between human and it is constantly evolving, and since the composition of contracts are divided between principles and subordinates, this research will focus on defining the subordinates with the most prominent one being: financial contracts subordinates, and the difference between the principle and subordinate, and explaining the Sharia position regarding these subordinates, to be able to find the Sharia ruling consequences.

This can’t be achieved without the knowledge of related adaptive jurisprudence, and knowledge of the subordinates sections, and to prevent conflict, if any, between the contractors and solve it, it is necessary to investigate the determinants of the due party of this subordinate and to demand the other party to respect and be committed to the obligation placed upon him.
