Abstract EN

The great development of communications technologies and the information revolution have led to new pictures of the banking, that is called the E-Banking, and at the same time, the proliferation of means of electronic payment and e-cash had an effect that makes the central bank take its responsibilities in the monetary policy management.

The latter should be more efficient in controlling the cash balance and oversight of funding.

Concerning Algeria, the Bank of Algeria is taking control on the money flow and oversight on banks via an optimal monetary policy, where we investigated its sensitivity to the e-money and e-payment means
