The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between Organizational justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) , in order to reach this objective questionnaire was developed for the purpose of data collection and distribution of the study sample (Company workers NAFTAL), has been relying on spss program in order to do the statistical analysis of this study, users descriptive statistics metrics, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, The study results.:There is statistically significant relationship between distributive justice and OCB; There is statistically significant relationship between procedural justice and OCB; There is statistically significant relationship between interactive justice and OCB; There is statistically significant relationship between Organizational justice and OCB
