Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to explore the rule of the inclusion of close mosques in order to make Friday prayer as one of the most recent issues in the Islamic fiqh that occupied a wide discussion between Muslims.

The study discussed the concept of Mosques and small mosques as well as the differences between them as well as the importance of Mosques in Islam.

The study explained the rule of many mosques and the existence of more than one Friday prayers in one country then the position of fiqh form the inclusion of mosques the are closed to each other within the agreement and disagreement points between Islamic shari and the decision of the Ministry of Waqf and clarifying the most important solutions to make a case of balance between what is existed and peoples’ interests and the ministry’s inclusion decision.
