Abstract EN

The evaluation of the intelligence’s proportionin our society became between the hard operations, this is because of the absence of intelligence’stests founded or codified according to our environment, where specialists can not make clear decisions in the diagnostic of cases, or to define the degree of their difficulty, we singleout here specially the adaptation and standardization of foreign intelligence’stests, that became common use in all specialties and fields, but the problem is not in its unavailability, nor in the decrease of exact knowing of this tests whence of its natures, characters, limits and the evaluation of its result, but the real problem is the adoption of their original criteria to diagnostic individuals born in an environment differs totally of the original environment where the test was created and codified,this made an increasing interest of the serious essays for codifying the foreign tests according to our environment instead of creating tests, this for gaining time from a part, and the benefit from the precedent experiences from a second part, the test of Raven is amongthe best tests that can codified in our environment because of it don’t contain any cultural effect from a part, and from a second part it is codified in many Arab countries.
