This study dealt with the fact of hardworking among the fundamentalists.

The researcher followed the words of the advanced scholars and the contemporary scholars in their definition of "the diligent one." After the research and study it was found that most of the fundamentalist phrases in their definition refer to the meaning of the shar'i ruling.

In the provision that is in the sense of fruit, but extends to include other things, it is: includes the legitimate evidence, and the new descendents, in addition to the legal provisions that are the result and the fruit of diligence.
