Abstract EN

This study addresses the contemporary variables, their place in legal provisions, and their impact on the Islamic economic system, to provide a legitimate vision purpose The Islamic economy perceived the economic problem that result from contemporary variables in the field of principles and information of the legal use of productive natural resources and produced good investment The study proved that the determinants of Islamic economy are: a group of general principles which set in the Qur'an and Sunna to ensure its effectiveness with all emergency and new variables Being enjoyed a range of economic applications and solutions reached by the diligent in every age, an application for general principles which accommodate with flexibility all emergency conditions without breaking its fixed principles and lasting rules This vision is realistic which meet the requirements of reality, and futuristic in plotting economic plans that capable to deal with all contemporary variables.

This vision is the secret of the strength and the capacity of the Islamic economy to manage money affairs and wealth in the Islamic society, investment and expenditure It is also proved that contemporary variables not used as a term by old and new Islamic Jurists.

But this term addressed by scholars when speaking about Fatwa changing according to the changing in times, places, conditions, and environments.
