Abstract EN

This paper examines the effect of technical development on At-Takreeb Al- Fiqhi since the latter is part of Ijtihad.

Concepts and terms have been highlighted in addition to clarifying the ruling of Sharia on At-Takreeb Al- Fiqhi and its conditions, with providing some examples.

The paper pinpointed the factual effect of technical development on deriving Sharia rulings as a tool leading to confirmed judgment or what equates it.

Moreover, these conditions were linked with contemporary applied examples.

This paper cotains three chapters, an introduction, and a conclusion.
