Abstract EN

This paper aims to study the effect of Electronic management of human resources on the development of intellectual capital، which is the basis of creativity and innovation development،and the source of competitive advantage.

To achieve this purpose، we applied an empirical study on an a set of economic enterprises in sitif، by using the Statistical package for social sciences version 22 (SPSS 22).

The study concluded to a set of results، and some recommendations directed to the managers of the enterprises under study
