Abstract EN

The contemporary linguists agree that there are two approaches used to describe and interpret the phenomena of the natural language.

The first one is the pseudo approach which deals with the language in isolation from the actual contexts in which it is used.

The second one is the intentional and deliberativeapproachwhich deals with the language use and the regulations that control it.

This study intends to disclose the inability and failure aspects of the former which neglected the deliberative foundations and principles that interpret the purposes and intentions of the speakers, and ruled out the externalcontext data of the linguisticstudy.

This opened the way to the emergence of the latter which gave reconsideration back to the context and itsexternalelements byevoking the conditions that make the verbal pronunciations acceptable to the recipient and achieved successfully.

A follow up of the linguistic use of Arab speakers shows that the early Arab grammarians resort to a combination of the two approaches.
