Abstract EN

The current economic situation, should lead us to try to find out whether the Algerian government has directed public expenditures with the best way to build a strong economy and find out the strengths and weaknesses points, which we can benefit from them.

Also to know the figure out efficiency of public expenditure in the Algerian economy.

For this study, we have selected period where the financial favoritism due to improved oil prices and increased state incomes.

The current question: Does Algeria adopt planning to achieve public expenditure efficiency.

Do decision makers rely on a scientific plan to find out, why public spending productivity is weak? In this regard, the study has emphasis on the presentation of statistics and analysis of data to reach the results and to propose solutions to decision makers in order to enhance the efficiency of public spending, by directing spending towards the best ways, especially investment, to promote the national economy to safety
