Planning, guidance and supervision is one of the theoretical principles that based on the assets of management in the sense of public and private managing, to reach the goals and objectives desired, Islam has taken care of its theory: Because its a means to improve the practical application of the legal discourse by sustanining the needs of the institutional organization in a way that raises the disruption and hardships, The first topic: Deals with the topic of planning, and contains the meaning of (plan), and its relation to the needs of institutional organization by understanding the methods and stages of how to create a good plan, and what the Sharia stands for in these methods and stages, and the second topic: Deals with the meaning of guidance and its relationship to the needs of institutional organization, which it dose appear in the tools of influence, and the third topic: Deals with the meaning of supervision and its relationship with the institutional needs, which it does appear in the methods of observation, and where does the Sharia stands for in these methods
